Preheat oven to 450F/ 240C
1 **cauliflower crust** (recipe below)
2 slices of ham, cut into strips
2 strips of bacon, cut into strips slightly undercooked ...
1 slice of pineapple cut into small pièces - **undvik om strikt LCHF**
2 cups of whole milk mozzarella, shredded
3 tbsp tomato paste
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Dash of salt
Pinch of black pepper or red pepper flakes
Sprinkle of pecorino romano cheese

**Cauliflower Pizza Crust:**
1 ½ head of cauliflower, medium, riced\*
1 cup mozzarella cheese
½ cup pecorino romano cheese
3 tbsp arrowroot flour
2 eggs
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp Sea salt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder

1\. Cook cauliflower rice for 10 minutes until soft
2\. Drain well, cool and transfer to a tea towel
3\. Squeeze out as much water as possible
4\. In a bowl, combine the cauliflower and remaining ingredients
5\. Spread out and press down onto a parchment paper lined pan to ½ - ¾ thickness
(this recipe makes one large square pizza, but I made 2 - one 8 inch round and one 8 x 14 square)
6\. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown (I was able to transfer the small round off the parchment directly onto the oven rack to get a better crip)
7\. Remove from oven & top with pizza ingredients
8\. Bake another 10 minutes – you can broil for an additional few minutes
